I’m Liz Kemp, Founder of YogaFitTribe and Liz Kemp Yoga & Fitness. I have been training and teaching people for over 30 years. It has always been my passion to teach people who are new to fitness, wellness and especially yoga.
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Physiology as well as certification in Yoga-200RYT, Personal Training and Group Fitness. I started this website for anyone who is hurting, whether athletes recovering from injury, or someone with diabetes that was told by a doctor to start an exercise plan or a person with pain in their back or shoulders. YogaFitTribe is here to reach out to help you with whatever you need, using yoga as exercise. We are here to help you get back to moving more and feeling great.
I found my yoga practice back in 2012. In my search for flexibility, I desperately needed as an Aerial Silk dancer during my studies. Little by little I discovered all other benefits yoga brings and I didn't let go of this magical healing journey ever since.
I completed my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2018. In Dublin, Ireland in "The Yoga Room" studio, where I gained a strong foundation in yoga anatomy & philosophy with my teachers C. Cronin, E. Kennedy & M. McCann, whom I am truly grateful for. Nerdy by nature, I continued with other yoga courses to deepen my knowledge, so I completed Pregnancy Yoga Course in 2019. and Online Meditation Course in 2020., both in Barefoot Yoga studio in Lucan, Ireland.
Today I am based in Zadar, a smaller city on the coastal Croatia, where I enjoy early morning meditation & cycling at the nearby beach while city is steel asleep. I work in engineering branch, where yoga provides a balance to my otherwise busy, sedentary, office lifestyle. It supports my mind and body, by helping me manage stress levels, breathe through difficult situation, and it keeps my body flexible and healthy.
Yoga has built and still is building my internal and external strength, it opened my mind in different ways, and for me it a pathway towards strong Body & sharp mind that I enjoy sharing with others through my teaching.
I was born and raised in Turin, Italy where I practiced ballet through my entire childhood. I'm living in Croatia at the moment, however I'm planning to see different countries in the next couple of years before settling down.
In 2018 I started my journey with my yoga mat and I haven't looked back since.
I completed my 200hr Ashtanga YTT in January 2022 and a Hatha Yoga teacher training certified by IHPM in September 2021. I practice and teach Vinyasa, Rocket and Ashtanga Yoga. On the mat is where I feel the best version of myself, and I like to transmit my passion and energy to my students.
I believe Yoga is the path to explore our inner selves and raise our awareness. I love practicing Yoga in front of the sea while the sound of the ocean accompanies me.
I am a certified yoga teacher and life coach from Catalonia, Spain, currently based in
Berlin, Germany. It was in 2018 when I got deeper into the self-practice of asana and
meditation to release the stress and go through the challenges in life.
A visualization in a yoga class I attended in 2020 helped me to know myself better and make different decisions in life. Since then, I started my studies in yoga teaching: 200h in Hatha, 300h multi-style (Dharma, Iyengar, Yin) and 200h in Ashtanga in Goa, India. My purpose is to be by your side motivating and helping you to improve your wellbeing and self-discovery through yoga.
Yoga is the ultimate science which had always kept me healthy & joyful. It’s been a journey of five years since I left my corporate job and start practicing Yoga. Later, I got my certification as Yoga teacher (TTC 250+100 hours) and as an Ayurveda Therapist by the government of India and attended multiple schools of Yoga in India.
In addition to that I have also completed 500hrs of Online Yogi Training. It’s because of my key interest towards healing that I studied for a Diploma in Ayurveda & Panchakarma. I have worked as Yoga & Ayurveda Therapist in one of the leading Yoga & Ayurveda hospitals in India. Currently I am living in Kerala and involved in healing people with traditional Yoga & Ayurvedic therapies. My sessions with you will include Hatha Yoga practices, Pranayama, Relaxation techniques, Meditation, Daily routines and diets as per Ayurveda as well as how to use traditional herbs/Oils for various lifestyle disorders & health issues.
I’m a yoga teacher currently based in El Nido, Philippines. I left the city life behind in favor of an island life with the intention of living a simple and mindful life while sharing the practice of yoga with others. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 5 years. I first came to my mat purely as a physical practice but stayed for the spiritual journey.
It opened up for me. In 2018, I completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with David Lynch under YogaWorks in Manila and in 2019, a 50-hour Asana Intensive course with Irene Pappas in Mexico. A student of yoga above all else, I love to deepen my knowledge from books, podcasts, and teaching-focused instructional videos. My intention is to share the practice of yoga to guide others toward breathing more fully, moving more mindfully and lovingly, and equipping them with the tools to meet the internal and external worlds with ease.
